Enrollment Numbers Looking Up For USD 460

Posted 8/9/2018

This year, Hesston Schools are looking at a slight increase in enrollment, according to Superintendent Ben Proctor. With 825 students enrolled for the 2018-19 school year, Proctor said the number is up from the official headcount of 815 last year.

He added in previous years there had been more high school students per grade, “but we have seen that balance out.”

This year’s unofficial enrollment bump comes from a combination of new families and out-of-district enrollment.
